EMT
EMT-Basic Refresher Course:
  The 24-hour EMT-Basic Refresher Course is a review of skills and
knowledge that is required for EMT-Basic certification. The course is also
used to introduce the latest in equipment, discuss current research or issues
of concern. Attendees must meet Mn EMSRB EMT-B refresher elgibility
requirements to attend. The course includes Professional Rescuer CPR
recertification. Course fees include all material and testing fees.

Scheduling Options:
  One of the goals of MSR Inc is to provide scheduling flexibility. It is our
intention to provide options for organizations to accommodate the needs of
its members, along with helping training budgets go farther. We offer the
traditional refresher schedule of 2 nights a week for 3 weeks along with the
following plans that can be incorporated into your monthly training schedule.
All sessions are on a 2-year training cycle.

Extended Refresher Plans:
  12/2 Plan: 12 sessions / 2 hours per session. Bi Monthly Sessions
  8/3 Plan: 8 sessions / 3 hours per session. Quarterly Sessions.
  6/4 Plan: 6 sessions / 4 hours per session.




EMT-Basic CEU Refresher Course:
  The CEU Refresher Course is designed for the EMT that is using the Mn
EMSRB CEU method to refresh. This is course includes 4 hours of practical
skills review to prepare the participant for the Practical Skills Exam. The
Practical Skills Exam is administered at the end of the course. The Practical
Skills Exam is required for reregistration by the Mn EMSRB. All participants
are required to have a current  Professional Rescuer CPR card.
