Medical & Safety Resources was established in 1998 by Brad & Peggy Zinniel
The passion behind the training from the beginning was the learners. Brad worked side by side with the ones he trained, so he had a bigger stake in the game. That still holds true today.
The early years, MSR started out with the basic equipment required for a training center.
Currently, we utilize SimMan 3G and Noelle with the Uni platform. MSR has a wide variety of BLS/ALS equipment and medications.
Simulation Training
MSR has evolved into simulation training as the core method of learning. Brad believes in hands on realistic training that promotes engagement and interaction. Sim training provides a realistic scenarios that are best learned in this environment, and not on the streets, putting our patients at risk.

Owner / Office Manager
Peggy Zinniel
Peggy grew up in southern Minnesota in a family owned business. She learned at a young age about hard work, relationships, and running a successful business. She put her knowledge to use by managing a convenience store for the last 20 years. She is also the behind the scenes business manager for Medical & Safety Resources,
Owner / Educator
Brad Zinniel
Brad has been in EMS since 1991, serving many roles. He began as a volunteer EMT, then earned his Paramedic, He spent 15 years as a Tactical Medic and served as Medical Team Leader. Brad;s education career has spanned over 30 years.
