This course aims to provide healthcare professionals with the essential knowledge and skills to competently care for children with special healthcare needs (PSHCN). It will cover the definition of PSHCN, the prevalence of different conditions, and their impact on children and families. The hands-on scenarios will enhance your assessment skills, examine evidence-based strategies for various conditions, and encourage family-centered care. This course is NREMT NCCP approved (3.0 hours Medical).
